Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Sydney for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next day to ensure everything arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

For interstate orders, delivery time depends on our courier partners and usually takes 2–4 business days.

Can i pick the delivery date?

Yes, you can. For Sydney deliveries, we do our best to deliver on your selected date — often on the same or next day depending on the time of order and delivery location.

For orders outside Sydney, delivery dates can be a little harder to predict since we rely on interstate courier partners. We recommend selecting your preferred date 1–2 days earlier than your actual event or occasion to make sure your treats arrive right on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia to ensure our products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

We’re working on expanding our delivery network soon — international shipping will be available once we can guarantee the same quality experience abroad.

Each brownie is carefully sealed for freshness and packed inside our signature Burrow Baking box, designed to protect your treats during transit while looking gift-ready on arrival.

We use corrugated eco-friendly boxes with inner padding to keep the brownies safe from heat and movement. For interstate deliveries, additional insulation ensures they stay fresh and intact even over longer distances.

Every box is finished with our custom packaging art, making it perfect for gifting or indulging yourself.

We do bake all products in the same kitchen, so while every effort is made to minimise cross-contact, we recommend those with severe allergies reach out before ordering.
