Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 2 working days before your selected dispatch or pickup date.
Please note: Saturday and Sunday are considered working days for this policy.
Cancellations made within 2 business days of your dispatch or pickup date due to a change of mind are non-refundable.
Issues or Faulty Products
If your order arrives in a condition that does not meet expectations, please contact us at info@burrowbaking.com with clear photo evidence.
All concerns are carefully reviewed. In some cases, you may be asked to return the product for assessment before a refund can be issued. All refunds are subject to manager approval.
Postage Delays
We do not provide refunds for postal delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping via our selected carriers.
If we become aware of any potential delays, we will notify customers through our website or direct communication.
All delivery windows (including 1–2 business day express estimates) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout:

Delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If the parcel is returned to us, we cannot resend it, as the product will no longer be fresh.

A new order will need to be placed.

No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer.
