Please note: FREE DELIVERY FOR LOCAL SYDNEY ORDERS (20km radius from Marrickville 2204)
We use Australia Post to deliver our brownies outside 20km range from Marrickviile 2204. Brownies are packed carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged.
After choosing your delivery/dispatch date in the cart, you will be asked to select one delivery options at checkout:

1)Local Delivery

Delivery within 20km radius from our Production unit in Marrickville - 1 day

2)Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes from your selected delivery / dispatch date (24 hours production time):

• Metro NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA / TAS: 1–3 business days

• Metro WA / NT: 2–4 business days

• Rural VIC / NSW / QLD / ACT / SA / TAS: 2–4 business days

• Rural WA / NT: 3–6 business days

3) Express Delivery

• Only in New South Wales/Metro NSW: 1 business day after dispatch date
  

Important Delivery Disclaimer

We do not offer refunds for postage delays or delivery issues caused by our third-party carriers.
By placing an order, you agree to the risks associated with postal and courier services.

If we become aware of any expected delays, we will notify customers either on our website or directly.
Please remember: all timeframes provided are estimates only, not guarantees.

If No One Is Home

If the courier arrives and no one is available:

• The driver will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe location.

• If no safe place is found, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest Post Office.

Australia Post no longer leaves "attempted delivery" cards, so please track your parcel online to check if it has been redirected.

Deliveries to Business Addresses

When sending to a business, you must include the unit / shop / apartment number.
A street number and business name alone are not sufficient, and drivers are not required to locate the business without a complete address.
